Licking Regional ESC

 

Year 4

Teachers participating in Year 4 of the OREP follow one of two pathways in the Licking Regional Resident Educator Consortium.

Pathway 1: Teachers who were deficient on 1 or more Tasks of the Resident Educator Summative Assessment will focus their energies during Year 4 on retaking and resubmitting those Tasks.

Pathway 2: Teacher who passed the Resident Educator Summative Assessment during Year 3 will begin to explore their role as a leader. A combination of on-line learning and "real-world" application will allow teachers to build the foundation for their role as an instructional leader within their local building/district.
