Intervention Specialist - Licking County Educational Service Center has an opening for a MD Intervention Specialist to serve in the Tri-Valley School District (Dresden Elementary) for the 2024-25 school year. The ideal candidate will currently hold or be able to obtain an Intervention Specialist License.  Qualities of a great candidate include: understanding of student learning and development, respect for the diversity of the students they teach, an understanding of all content areas, the ability to use varied assessments to evaluate and ensure student learning, strong behavior management skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate with parents, peers, and administrators to support student learning.   Interested and qualified individuals should submit their Letter of Interest and Resume to:Todd Woodard, Tri-Valley Director of Special Education at [email protected]. This position will be held open until the successful candidate is found.  


Speech and Language Pathologist - The Licking Regional ESC is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to join our ESC Related Service Team. Teacher of Visual Impairments - The Licking Regional ESC is seeking a part-time Teacher of Visual Impairments to join our Related Service for the 2024-25 school year. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to organize necessary data and testing results for state and federal required regulations, strong writing skills as well as collaboration skills are essential.  Applicants should have a valid Intervention Specialist License from the Ohio Department of Education and have or be able to obtain, the endorsement to work with the visually impaired.  Documentation of a clear criminal record is also required. Classroom Nurse/Aide (*Paraprofessional) - Licking Regional Educational Service Center opening for one Classroom Nurse/Aide to serve a student in the Southwest Licking School District (Etna Elementary) 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon during scheduled school days Monday through Friday. Applicants must possess a LPN or RN license, be willing to complete a BCI and FBI background check and hold, or be willing to obtain, an Educational Aide Permit with ESEA Endorsement through the Ohio Department of Education.  Candidates should be team oriented, have a desire to learn new things and be willing to take instruction. Self-motivation is highly desired as are honesty, integrity and confidentiality. ED Intervention Specialist - The Licking Regional ESC is seeking an Intervention Specialist to work with our ED department at Phoenix Central. Our students have emotional disabilities and require a sensitive and intuitive teacher. The successful candidate will work with small group of high need students. Applicant must hold a current Ohio Licensure as Intervention Specialist or have all the credentials to obtain one. CPI training is a plus but we will provide training if needed. Applicants should be self-motivated, team oriented and be willing to take instruction.
