| Occupational Therapy Assistant - The Licking Regional ESC is seeking a part-time Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to work with students in the Newark/Heath area. Must have a current Ohio OTA License. In addition, you are required to hold or be willing to immediately obtain, an Ohio Educator License. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to organize necessary data and testing results for state and federal required regulations, strong writing skills as well as collaboration skills are essential. Preschool Aide - The Licking Regional Educational Service Center has opening for a full or par-time educational aide to work at our Flying Colors Preschool. Salary range will depend on experience. Applicant must be willing to complete a BCI and FBI background check and obtain their Paraprofessional License through the Ohio Department of Education. Intervention Specialist – The Licking Regional ESC has an immediate opening for an Intervention Specialist to work with our ED department at our Phoenix Central location. Our students have emotional disabilities and require a sensitive and intuitive teacher. The successful candidate will work with small group of high need students. Applicant must hold a current Ohio Licensure as Intervention Specialist or have all the credentials to obtain one. CPI training is a plus but we will provide training if needed. Applicants should be self-motivated, team oriented and be willing to take instruction. Behavioral Aide - Licking Regional Educational Service Center is seeking a dedicated, and energetic individual to join our team as a Behavioral Aide in the emotional disturbance and/or autism program. In this rewarding role, you will work alongside intervention specialists to support students with emotional, behavioral, and autism-related needs in a structured educational environment. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting student data, assisting with classroom instruction, supporting students with daily living skills, supervising students throughout the school day, and providing help to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Successful candidates are patient, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to helping every student reach their full potential. Training, including Behavior Technician competencies and crisis intervention techniques, will be provided as required. Middle School MD Intervention Specialist - Licking Regional ESC has an opening for an Intervention Specialist to work with middle school aged students with disabilities. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License. The qualities we are searching for in a great candidate include: an understanding of student learning and development, respect for the diversity of the students they teach, thorough understanding of differentiation, the ability to use varied assessments to inform instruction, evaluate and ensure student learning, strong behavior management skills and the ability to communicate with students, parents, other educators to support student learning.
