Mentorship 101

Mentorship 101 as presented at the OESCA 2016 Fall Conference.
Applications for the Mentorship Program are available to high school juniors and seniors with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, and excellent teacher/counselor recommendation. Students are placed with a mentor in the career field of their choice, and those who successfully complete all program requirements, including minimum clock hours with mentor, reaction papers, and final project, earn half a credit for the semester of participation.
