Nurses Notes: We are here to help facilitate the health care needs of your student, in conjunction with their doctor's. In order to achieve optimal care and health in the school setting, please have all paperwork completed and returned by the beginning of the school year. This paperwork is required by law, and we are unable to train and delegate health care tasks to the teachers if paperwork is not completed, by the physician. A chart is available to help you navigate the paperwork that is required for your student. It is located to the right, with the forms you will need.
To help keep our students healthy, they are not permitted to be at school until they are 24 hours fever & symptom free. Thank you for your cooperation & have a healthy, happy school year!
